We have had great success in the beginning of raising Coturnix Quail. We started off with 110 Tuxedo in the incubator. We had about a 75% hatch rate. These are about 12 weeks old now and we are averaging 3 dozen eggs per day production. 60% of these are fertilized.
Our second batch are Gold Feather Sexable and are about 6 weeks old. We had about a 70% hatch rate on these. We are planning to breed them for fertilized eggs.
We are currently selling:
Fresh Eggs per dozen $6.00
Roosters for meat $5.00 each (limited supply)
Fertilized Eggs $.75 each or $60.00 per 100
Pickled Eggs:
1/2 Pint $7.50
Pint $15.00
Quart $30.00
