Honey Brook Farm

We are a family run farm bringing new life to our decades-old family farm. We raise pastured meat - beef, pork, chicken, and turkey. Our farm follows organic and traditional practices that give back to the soil. Regenerative agriculture allows us to restore the land and give our farm and the environment a better future.

We have a farm store for orders of single cuts of meat up to whole hogs and steers. Subscribe via our website to receive monthly combo boxes of beef, pork, and chicken in a freezer-friendly sized box. Boxes come in 10# and 15# quantities and can be picked up on farm or delivered locally!

We sell quarters, halves, and whole beef and quarters, halves, and whole hogs. This is our best cost/pound value for meat and it is customizable for how you would like your cuts, sausages, etc.!

We finish our beef on pasture. The animals are sourced from local farmers in Schuylkill, Berks, and Lehigh Counties. We raise heritage breed hogs on pasture and supplement with locally sourced grain. We raise Berkshire and Chester White hogs, both known for their excellent meat quality. Our poultry is raised on pasture and supplemented with locally sourced grain. We raise the Freedom Ranger and Cornish Cross breeds. We butcher all poultry on our farm. We also raise, butcher, and sell chicken and turkey.
