WELCOME BACK TO OUR ONLINE FARMSTEAD! This year, we are again raising pastured meat chickens, pastured and foraging pork and some veggies, fruits and flowers. Plants are raised using organic methods but we are not certified. Livestock is raised as naturally as possible using only what we need to keep our critters healthy. We have a lovely - but very young flock of 80 laying hens - also pastured, free range. We expect eggs late summer. For You foodies out there, we have duck eggs all year round. We are taking orders for meat chickens which will be ready late May, early June. We are planning to have these birds processed at a USDA inspected facility.
