CSA: Blue Barrel Farm

The weekly selection of food varies with the growing season starting with cool weather greens and herbs. As the weather warms the warm season vegetables mature with summer squash, turnips, beets, beans and others adding to the selection. Later summer the selection grows to include tomatoes, cucumbers, corn, winter squash, eggplant, peppers, carrots among others. The selection is represented and restricted by what grows in the northern front range Colorado season. It is a great food adventure.
