Blue Frost Acres is a family owned and operated garlic farm that was established in 2006. We are located in the beautiful Finger Lake Region of Western New York which offers prime soil and weather conditions for growing our garlic. We offer premium German White Garlic for seed stock and table stock. During harvest season we offer garlic scapes by the pound. In the off season we create our own 100% pure garlic powder.
