Blue Silo Beef brings steakhouse-quality, premium beef from our Ozarks ranch straight to your freezer. We are Ian & Kassi Glassman, a husband-wife team raising our family and a 150-head registered Simmental cow herd on 330 acres, located 20 minutes west of Springfield, MO.

Being responsible animal owners and stewards of the land is the focus of our ranch. As such, we maintain a strict vaccination schedule and our records are comprehensive. We're continually improving our grazing system for the health of the soil and the cattle.

Blue Silo Beef animals are finished for slaughter on a forage-based diet with a limited grain ration. We love the rich flavor of corn finished beef and think you will, too. Most importantly, our beef--like all American beef--is safe and nutritious. We welcome the opportunity to chat with you about our ranch and beef!

Beginning in 2021 we will begin to offer our own farm-raised pork and chicken products alongside our beef.
