I have a farm that mostly has herbs on it at this time. I'd like to find 1-2 people to live here, share expenses and use the land. I have great water, outbuildings, barn, etc. It would be great for crops and animals - no cattle, all others welcome. The goal is to make it a sustainable & natural mini-farm. I have vending outlets in town already established.
