Elwood's Honey was started in 2008 in response to the declining honey bee population and the need to support local food production. Our bees currently pollinate local crops, wildflowers and gardens. We offer the following products of the hive. Including, Honey, Beeswax candles and some small amounts of propolis. We currently do not sell bee pollen or royal jelly but check back later to see if we have it in the future.

Our honey is processed in modern stainless steel equipment and packaged according to industry standards. Our table grade honey is warmed to 108 degrees to facilitate bottling while still preserving the beneficial, natural enzymes found in raw honey.
