Season: 9 May through 19 November
Full Share 26 fryers/roasters, 2 stewing hens, 1 turkey 1 chicken per week for 26 weeks 2 stewing hens in September 1 turkey the second week of November
Half Share 13 fryers/roasters, 1 stewing hen, 1 turkey 1 chicken every other week for 26 weeks 1 stewing hen in September 1 turkey the second week of November
Pick-up is weekly for full shares and bi-weekly for half shares at the farm or at arranged pick-up points.
Our poultry is sold as whole birds only, not by weight. As with all natural food, size will vary from week to week due to changes in growing conditions. The following approximate weights are for size reference only: Fryers - 4 - 5 lbs.; Roaster 5 - 7 lbs.; Stewing hens - 4 lbs., Turkey - 20 lbs. Most of our chickens will be roasters about 5 1/2 lbs.
If you have a size preference, please contact us. If you want several chicken delivered at one time, let us know how many and when.
Poultry can also be shipped via overnight delivery. Special packing and shipping charges will be added to the share price. Contact us for details.

Members pick up their shares Monday morning between 9:00 am and 12:00 pm. and Friday pickup is between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm. Pickup up on other days is by appointment only. No pickups on Sunday.
