Box X Ranch

Our 5th generation ranch raises grass fed beef, fresh eggs, and honey. We do this while honoring the land with regenerative practices that mimic the way the landscape has developed over centuries of animal movement. As stewards of the land we take pride in working with the animals and soil to create a healthy eco-system that can be passed on to the next generation.

We use virtual fencing to move the livestock in a way that allows the land to be impacted by large animal migration and then rest, mimicking the way buffalo once traveled through the area. You can visit our ranch and experience it all first hand. Take a tour, stay for supper, and enjoy the tranquility of our cow camp, conveniently located in the middle of nowhere.
