We do not box. We have better things to do with our time. But, since Covid, we do pre-bag.each week. We grow 10 types of fruit and over 30 different types of vegetables. We grow sustainably out in the country. People come to the garage behind my house at 611 W. Union St. in Champaign and pick up the goodies each week....We have been doing this for a long time and know what we are doing..... Flavor and nutritional value are our main goals... We like to eat what we grow.

We are looking for people who can be somewhat adventurous in their eating habits, willing to try things they haven't eaten before, as well as many usual staples. We try to grow as wide a range of fruits and vegetables as we can, limited more by our Midwestern location than by our abilities and inclinations. One doesn't have to be a gourmet to enjoy the full flavor of our produce, though it could turn you into one. We'll grow it for you so you can just enjoy what real food tastes like.
