Heritage Beef

We produce grass fed and finished beef on our working ranch in the Texas Hill Country. Cattle are on native pastures; no chemical fertilizers are used; water is chemical and chlorine free ; any weed or brush control is done by natural methods (sheep, goats, hand pulling, etc). Cattle are free of hormones and antibiotics.
