Somnio's eclectic chef-driven seasonal menu features fresh ingredients from local and organic farms. Somnio's kitchen is vegetarian friendly (with separate lines for meat and veggies), and offers only pastured, humanely raised meat products. Some local farms we source from, but are not limited to: Dewberry Hills Farm, various local farms sourced by Farm to Table and Greenling, Full Quiver Farms, Groovy Greens, Hairston Creek Farm, Hands of the Earth Farm, Richardson Farms, various farm stands at Sunset Valley Farmer's Market, Thunderheart Bison, Vital Farms. Additionally, we provide fair trade tea and coffee from local suppliers (sesa Teas and Fair Trade Coffee).
