Jacob's Mushrooms

We are a small farm located in Denver, and we are proud to be growing the best gourmet mushrooms. Year round we grow blue oysters and lion's mane, with seasonal varities mixed in to keep things exciting for our CSA members and farmer's market customers. We are trying to grow our community through our new CSA program. We not only want to give our members the freshest, most nutritious mushrooms, but we also want to show them how much we appreciate them by providing member perks. These include things like recipe ideas, free mushroom substrate for gardens, farm tours, classes and more.
We believe in supporting small businesses and local farms and in building a strong and resilient community.
