We are located on the Lampasas River in Adamsville, Texas. We have 47 sustainable uncertified organic acres where we raise 200 pastured chickens and amazing veggies. We place special emphasis on heritage breeds and heirloom varieties. Burro Malo Farm produces vegetables for our Austin CSA , Hill Country Farmer's Markets in Leon Springs and the RIM (San Antonio) and restaurants in the Central Texas region.
