CSA: Buffalo Lick Farm & Nursery

2011 is our second year running a CSA. We will include in our shares what we are harvesting that week at our Loganville and Greensboro locations. Things to be included: Tomatoes, green beans, squash, okra, peppers, cucumbers, spinich, herbs, radishes, sweet potato, watermelons, cantalope, eggplant, etc. Fruit will be limited, but when we have it, expect Blueberries, Strawberries, Blackberries, Figs and Muscadines. From time to time we will partner with our friends and neighbors to offer things like peaches, sweet corn and apples. We will also include an item we make at our farm with each share on a changing basis. Things like Honey, pepper jelly, fig perserves, strawberry jam, muscadine jelly.
