Our farm is anchored in key values: Living in thanksgiving, beef that's high in nutrition and flavor, service to family and friends, environmental stewardship, humane husbandry and harvesting, building community connections, and promoting local economy.
We believe in transparent farming and invite you to walk our pastures, meet the moos, and ask questions. Share a cup of tea/coffee and muffin with us. Picnic in the shade.
Come to our farm teaching-kitchen and enjoy hands-on classes in artisan bread-baking and cooking pastured meats. Class schedules can be found on our website. (These classes were canceled due to COVID in 2020, but are likely to resume in 2021). And contact us about overnight stays.
You don't have to buy half a cow to enjoy our beef. We offer:
- Variety packages (steaks, roasts and ground beef) starting at just 30 lb.
- 25-lb.orders of ground beef (1-lb. cryovac packaging)
- Summer sausage made without artificial nitrates or nitrites
- Beef soup bones (for healthful bone broth, soups and stews)
Our beef is processed at a nearby, small, USDA-licensed custom processor. All cuts are vacuum packaged.
We deliver to drop sites in Minneapolis and St. Paul. Home delivery can be scheduled.
