Schedule and Location:
We offer 100% Grass Fed Beef in: Whole, Halves, Quarters and Eights. We age our beef to 27-33 months before slaughter to achieve the proper marbling and flavor, so you can expect an average half to be between 400 and 500 lbs hanging.
We offer pigs by the Half or whole. All pasture based and Non GMO, hormone, or antibiotics!
