C&C Highland Ranch

We raise grass fed Scottish Highland Cattle and sell our grass fed beef directly to the consumer and to select retail outlets. We provide ground beef, stew meat, soup bones, summer sausage (does have MSG in the seasoning but we are working to change this), ribeye steak, K.C. strip steak, sirloin steak, chuck roast, sirloin tip roast, filet, short ribs, brisket, heart, liver, kidney, tongue and beef in bulk by the quarter, half, or whole. The Scottish Highland Breed is the oldest registered breed in the United States. We offer free tours of our ranch for those interested in seeing this unique and docile breed of cattle and the way we feed and handle them. We have expanded our operation in 2014 and now offer farm raised rabbit as well as free range eggs.
