We have beef that is grass/grain finished, grass pasture kept, dry-aged, and state-inspected. Homegrown by our family just like we've raised our own for years. The beef program is somewhat new to our operation and on a small scale. The steers are fed on an extended finish program and processed around 18 months old. We offer bulk freezer beef as well as smaller bundle sales each month and individual cuts.
