Serving the St. Louis area with the finest grass fed and grain finished Angus beef. Our ranch is what is known as a cow-calf operation. All beef that is sold were born and raised on the ranch; therefore, we can guarantee the quality of beef that is sold.
Our current herd size is 120 cow/calf pairs with 4 herd sires (Bulls). All of the bulls are registered Angus with defined traits such as marbling.

Beef orders are taken by reservation for quarters, sides or whole beef. Orders are filled based on availability. With a cow/calf herd of 120 our finished beef will be available most of the year but there will be gaps. Contact us to better understand the next finished dates and waiting list. If you choose to continue you will be put on a list and you will have the option to purchase beef when your name pops to the top. All beef is vacuum packed, labeled and frozen.

The larger the package the more your will save over store purchased Certified Angus beef. A whole beef will cost about $6.50/lb. Check this price against cuts at your local grocery store. Where Certified Angus is sold, hamburger costs about $7.00/lb, steaks $12 to $15/lb and roasts $10/lb. Splitting a whole beef between friends and family will save you hundreds compared to store purchased beef.
