Yahara River Highlands

Yahara River Highlands is a family owned, small farm raising registered Scottish Highland Cattle. We sell both live animals and packaged meat. The Highland cattle are naturally raised, grassfed, no hormones and no antibiotics. The meat is very lean; we recommend searing at a high temperature and then slow cooking over medium heat. Start your own herd or raise a steer! Bred cows, heifers, bull and steers are available for sale. Highland cattle are great for clearing scrub land and wooded areas.
