Slow Wine Ark, as for food, wine should take its time. Our grapes are harvested by family & friends since 2005. First green, sustainable & dry farmed vineyard in the San Francisco & the East Bay. Natural wines is the method we use to grow
& make our wines. Captain Vineyards holds the county's pollution prevention award, sustainable award, watersmart award and CoolCal EPA. Our wines age 24-36 months in the barrel and 24+ in the bottle. We sell our wine ONLY from the winery. YOU PICK UP or we will ship you our natural wines.
