Box's are about the size of a small tote (6 gal) like you find at K-mart, filled with available produce. We do grow a good variety of produce, but as you hopefully understand Broccolli comes in before potatoes and so on. We do can and freeze produce and that can be available as well if you really don't want 4 heads of cabbage this week! We also bake from scratch and have cakes, pies etc, orders are taken for baked items..
