We are a family farm located in rural, central Lewis County. We came from Tacoma where Joe worked at the Meat Shop of Tacoma, on his family's farm, from the age of 14. We opened our own custom meat cutting shop, Salmon Creek Meats, so we could make a living from our farm while raising our daughter.
We were raising beef cattle for our family and decided to expand production to serve the community. We believe in eating clean, chemical free food. This also means that all animals raised for consumption must be treated ethically and live a stress free life. We do not use antibiotics in our feed, hormone implants or grains. Our animals range free 365 days a year. We have clean, mineral rich well water; no chlorine or fluoride.
We process all our own animals on our farm in our licensed meat shop. We have control over quality and cleanliness from the pasture to your freezer. We try to keep our costs down so that a wider group of people can afford healthy, grass fed beef.
