Hill Country Mushrooms is a small form in central Texas.
   Close to both San Antonio 60 miles,and Austin 90 miles
   My wife and I run things. (all the work)
   We use no chemicals, only ALL NATURAL methods.
   WE DRY our Gourmet Mushrooms in solar dryers.
   Then vacuum pack and freeze them for freshness.
   We currently grow several types of EDIBLE, GOURMET, OYSTER, MUSHROOMS
   * GOURMET BLUE OYSTER MUSHROOMS
   * Phoenix MUSHROOMS or Indian Mushroom,or White Mushrooms 
   * GOURMET MEDITERRANEAN MUSHROOMS
   We will be adding Shitake mushrooms and garlic soon
