We are a 100% producer specialty mushroom farm located in Catawba County, NC. Our farm produces a wide variety of gourmet and medicinal mushrooms every week year round. Our staple varieties include Italian Oyster, Chestnut, Blue Oyster, Lion's Mane, Pioppino, Black Pearl, King Trumpet, Enoki, Pink Oyster, Golden Oyster, Elm Oyster and Reishi. The partners have more than 25 years of combined experience in mushroom cultivation and are dedicated to providing the highest quality farm to table mushrooms available in WNC.
