We are a small family owned and operated farm in North Plains, OR. We raise grass-fed and finished beef. Our goal is to offer high-quality, local beef to our community. Our calves are born here on the farm where the animals live happy, stress-free lives that also provide our customers with quality meat.
Land stewardship is important to us, this is not only our farm but our home and our children's playground. The purity of the pastures, the water and the air quality are as important to us as the beef quality.
The calves we raise for meat are 22-28 months old when they are finished on lush spring grass and sold in quarters, halves and whole shares. They are humanely slaughtered here on the farm to reduce transportation stress on the animal. We take pride in properly finishing our grass-fed animals. Their meat is excellent quality by finishing them at an older age and on high-quality grass.
