Farming in Hartsville, South Carolina, we strive to serve our community by raising healthy, natural, and local food. Currently, we have fresh-frozen whole chickens and chicken pieces for sale. The birds are raised in mobile chicken coops called chicken tractors. With the protection from predators, these chicken tractors allow the chickens to peck around, eat, and explore in a safe, sunny, and breezy environment. They enjoy a rich diet of grasses, seeds, crickets, grasshoppers, and all-natural grain feed. We move our chicken tractors daily so the chickens can stay clean and have access to fresh ground. With a slower growth rate and less crowding, our birds are never given antibiotics. This all-natural pasture poultry system produces meat with a superior flavor to the average factory-farmed supermarket broiler.
