Dutch Hill Preserves Co is a family run company specializing in all natural gourmet jams, jellies and "old time favorites" using recipes handed down for generations. The company continues to etch out a loyal customer base by producing products in which over 75% of the fruits used are grown themselves at their Canadensis location. This provides a product full of fruit (not fruit juice) picked at peak ripeness with outstanding flavor. Along with our gourmet jams and jellies, maple syrup production continues to be a growing business segment. Every spring brings the maple season and despite the continual expansion of their sugaring activities, they have sold out of Pennsylvania maple syrup every year. Proprietor Lalena Stirr is the name and face behind Dutch Hill Preserves. Her business has grown from a few local farm stands to now supplying several retail locations, participating in farmers markets in Monroe, Northampton and Lehigh counties and managing a growing internet site.
