We sell fresh eggs from our hand-raised flock of Delaware chickens. $5/dozen
We also sell duck eggs. They have a different kind of protein than chicken eggs and can often safely be eaten by those with sensitivities to chicken eggs. $7/dozen
We tap trees on our own land to produce local maple syrup seasonally. It is available from roughly Feb-July, depending on the weather and how fast it sells. $15/pint.
We also have syrup from Black Walnut trees. This is quite different than maple syrup and has a mild molasses flavor. It takes approximately 85 gallons of sap from a Black Walnut tree to produce one gallon of Black Walnut syrup. $40/pint Sold out for 2025! Check back in 2026!
We sell Katahdin lambs seasonally. Lambs can be pre-ordered during the summer and will be butchered in October. $10/pound (only sold whole - expect an average weight of 45 pounds per lamb). Sold out for 2025! Check back in 2026!
We have split firewood available year-round. Most of it is black locust, with some box elder mixed in. All has been seasoned at least one year. $5/bundle or $140/face cord. Bundles are pre-tied for easy pickup.
