Central Florida Greens

There is a small indoor Urban Farm right off the I-4 corridor in Sanford, Florida where Microgreens are the only crops harvested year-round.

According to a study from the University of Maryland, Microgreens can be 4 to 40 times more nutritious than their fully grown counterpart and can complete our healthy diets by focusing on micronutrients.

Knowing the power of these superfoods, we started growing these highly nutritious seedlings to feed our friends and family.

We are now pleased to be able to extend the reach of these Microgreens to our community and hope to deliver some fresh Superfood at your door!
