Central Highlands Farm

We raise purebred Galloway cattle. They are a "heritage breed." We sell "grass fed beef" by the half or quarter. We can sell small amounts of individual cuts if you want try grass fed beef. We use rotational grazing and are part of the "Conservation Stewardship Program."
