Crystal Lorton, Owner of Caps N Stems, always felt a longing for something more when she was running her music business, Mic On Fire, in southern California. Growing up in the mountains, she was always getting lost in the forests and learning about foraging.

Crystal relocated to Josephine County in southern Oregon where she began learning the ropes of mushroom cultivation. Starting off in supplies for other gourmet growers, she wanted to do more.

She is now working on expansion into being a commercial mushroom producer with the help of her fiance and sons. Stay tuned for bigger and better things!
