The Growing Growers Training Program is a program to help develop new organic and sustainable farmers for the Kansas City metro area. In Kansas City, the demand for local, organic produce is greater than the current capacity of the farming community, and so we are trying to help new growers get up and running and to help existing farmers develop their skills.

We organize On-Farm Apprenticeships / Internships that combine hands-on field work, workshops, self-directed and collaborative learning, and we offer educational activities for beginning and more established farmers.
