We raise pastured poultry and grass-fed lamb.
Our poultry are outside once they are old enough to withstand the lower temperatures at night, then they are moved onto new, fresh grass every day and sometimes twice a day.
Our lambs are outside on a fresh grass diet from birth and are rotationally grazed. They and our ewes are moved to fresh grass every day. This improves our soil health and improves our flock's health greatly.
