Chase's Organic Dairy

We are a family owned and operated organic dairy located on Creasey Ridge in Mapleton, ME. Our milk is sold to Organic Valley. We are currently reducing our dairy herd and increasing our beef herd.

We currently have organically-raised ground beef available for purchase at the farm. It is frozen and vacuum-sealed in approximately 1 pound packages. Let us know how much you would like to purchase and we will prepare you order. It can be picked up at a time that convenient for you. We also have beef liver available.

In the late summer/fall of 2024, we should have more beef options available. Let us know if you are interested in a side or quarter of beef and we will add you to our reservation list. We will also have assorted cuts of beef including various steaks, roasts and stew meat available for purchase by the pound in late 2024.
