CSA: Chatham Preservation Farm

Chatham Preservation Farm CSA operates from the beginning of June until the end of the growing season, typically October. We offer a wide range of traditional, heirloom and unique produce from from organic seed with no synthetic fertilizers.

In your weekly share you will find traditional favorites like Detroit Dark Red Beets and Buttercup Squash, heirlooms such as Amish Paste Tomatoes and Forellenschluss Lettuce and unique vegetables like Deadon Cabbage and Eden's Gem Mellon as well as fresh herbs. If you pick up on the farm, there is also a flower garden with free cut flowers. Shares can be picked up on the farm and the Buffalo Farmers Market. We will also be adding drop off points based on customer demand.
