Our "Traditional CSA" harvest season begins in May and ends in October. Each week of the harvest season you'll receive the farmer's choice of the best ORGANIC vegetables available fresh from our fields. Organically Grown Herbs included in your box each week.

A Full Share is designed for a family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 children and consists of an average of 8 in-season items.

A Partial Share is designed for a couple - 2 adults

Your ORGANIC vegetables will be available to pickup at the Fattoria (so that you will see where and how your food is grown!). Your pickup day will be chosen as we get closer to the start of the season. Your vegetable box will be available on pickup days from early morning until early afternoon. Our DEEP WINTER CSA starts in November 2012 and will go for 10 weeks (not every week) until February. Dates for 2012 / 2013 will be November 4, 11 & 18th, December 9, 16 & 23rd, January 13, 20 & 27th and February 3rd. You will receive a weekly delivery of the following: *1 Dozen Fattoria Fresh Eggs. From Happy, Natural Fed, Free Range Chickens *1 Loaf of Freshly made, Organic Bread of the week *1 Bunch of Fresh or Dried Fattoria Grown Herb (or Microgreen) with a special Recipe *2 Fresh Pantry, Frozen or Fresh Produce Items (All pantry items were picked at the height of the season and either canned or frozen within hours of harvest to ensure maximum flavors & nutrition)
