We will be having our 2009 Spring Membership Meeting for Tantre Farm CSA on Monday, April 27, at 7 P.M. at the Ann Arbor District Library in the Multipurpose Room. We will be inviting CSA members to a virtual farm tour of Tantre Farm through a Power Point slide show. We will introduce you to some of the Tantre Farm work crew, describe some of the varieties of produce, inform you of work party dates, and explain any new routines of the CSA for 2009. We will also explain the logistics of "Pick-Up Day", whether at the farm or the Chelsea or Ann Arbor Farmers' Markets. Volunteering and u-pick opportunities will be elaborated upon. This is a great chance for networking too with other members, especially if you have not signed up yet and are interested in finding someone to split a share with this year. Extra past newsletters, a CSA handout, and possibly some early produce may be available. There will be opportunities for questions, comments, or suggestions that you may like to bring to our attention. This meeting will last between 1 to 1 1/2 hours, so come for part or all of the meeting. We look forward to seeing you there.
