St. Mary's Farm is a veteran owned, family operated farm in Cocke County TN, about an hour from Knoxville. We specialize in registered Dexter Cattle. Dexters are a heritage breed that originated in Ireland. They are famous for their flavorful cuts and their ability to marble on grass. They are the smallest miniature breed, so the cuts and steaks are ideal for family meals.
