Rabbit-- We raise New Zealand meat rabbits, the ultimate sustainable meat source! Lean and delicately flavored white meat, extremely versatile for cooking. Sea Salt-- Made from the Chesapeake Bay. Purified and solar dehydrated. Nothing added. We also have smoked sea salt that is a delight for seasoning meats and BBQ. Glycerin Soap-- We make glycerin soap made from recycled fryer oil that has been cold filtered and then saponified, this soap retains all the natural glycerin for moisturizing the skin. Produce-- Organic growing in our #2 High tunnels and the outdoor garden, we have a seasonal variety of many herbs, fruits and vegetables.
