This is our fourth year offering CSA memberships and we continue to expand our variety and amount of organically grown spring greens and vegetables, such as lettuces, spring onions, sugar snap peas, spinach, sprouts, turnips, broccoli, cabbage, and beets. We will follow through to summer with strawberries, blueberries, peppers, chard, kale, collards, tomatoes (several varieties), beans (several varieties), potatoes, squash, more beets, and more turnips, Brussels sprouts, eggplant, carrots, cucumbers, more onions, sweet corn, melons, winter squash and more! We also expect to offer sunflowers, other cut flowers and a variety of herbs. There will be bonus contents including fresh fruit and honey from our hives. We also offer eggs from our free ranging pastured chickens and if honey bees cooperate, honey from our hives. This fall we built our first high tunnel and are hoping to get a one month head start offering greens and summer vegetables to our members.
