Market Style CSA: Each week you pick up there will be a list of produce chosen for that week. But instead of having it packed in a box, the produce will be displayed on a table like a Farmer�s Market. Produce Examples: Tomatoes! Cherry Tomatoes, Red Slicer Tomatoes and some cool Heirlooms, Summer Squash, Green Beans, Okra, Flowers, Basil, Cucumbers, Lettuce, Kale, Fennel, Sweet and Spicy Peppers, Eggplant, Radishes, Cabbage, Sweet Potatoes, Arugula, Butternut Squash, Cutting Celery, Kohlrabi and much more! Special Features: Thanksgiving Box: To end out the CSA for Thanksgiving we want to give you all a bounty of food to be used with your Thanksgiving Meal! We hope to add some special items like a nice Culinary Herb Bundle including Sage, Thyme, Rosemary and Oregano, yummy pie ingredients, along with a few nice recipes!
Weekly Recipes: Each week you will get a recipe that goes with the vegetables in that week�s share
Facebook Group: We rely and greatly appreciate your support of local sustainable farming! We really want to make this CSA a healthy exchange of community members so if you have recipe ideas, want to show off what you did with some of our produce, questions, suggestions, or problems please don�t hesitate to let us know. Open communication is so important and we want to facilitate this in our CSA community.Members will be added to a closed Facebook group where you can share ideas, recipes, ask questions, and even show off what you have created with your fresh produce! This is also where you will see CSA specific information, like the share items for the week.
Member Social: Come out to the farm, bring a covered dish and enjoy! We will enjoy good food and good company! Sit by the fire and roast marshmallows and get to know each other a little better! We will announce the date for this a little later in the season. A wide variety of produce!
