Customers purchase beef directly from the Ranch by calling Mike and Sally at 707-765-6664. The beef comes in quarters, halves and a whole animal, deep frozen and double wrapped in white butcher paper. The beef is picked up by the customer from the local butcher, where it has been hung and then cut and wrapped. Meat costs are paid to Mike and Sally Gale, and the butchering cost is paid to the butcher. Beef customers are invited out to the ranch to see where their food comes from. They may also come to the ranch to buy eggs and other products. There are U Pick Apples beginning in August
