CSA: Christiansen's Family Farm

We are pleased to offer our gourmet meats in a CSA share! One Saturday per month we meet at our designated meeting points and deliver 30 lbs of Pasture Raised Berkshire Pork, Grass Fed Beef, or a combination of the two.

We offer a variety of shares to suit your needs. You can order 30 lbs of ground beef ($175), 30 lbs of standard beef cuts which includes steaks, roasts, ground beef etc...($190), 30 lbs of Berkshire pork ($160), or our most popular combo share which includes 15 lbs of Berkshire Pork and 15 lbs of standard beef cuts ($175).

If pork is included in the share you select, you can choose whether or not you would like your ham and bacon cured. Each share will include cuts in proportion to the yield of each animal. Each share requires roughly 1 cubic foot of freezer space which will easily fit in a standard fridge/freezer. Meat is delivered "freezer ready" and packaged in portions small enough for two people.
