All Circle of 2 Ranch beef comes from full‑blood Akaushi cattle born, developed, and finished right here on our ranch in Montrose, Colorado. Our animals spend their entire lives on our land, grazing native grasses and moving through pastures seasonally for optimal nutrition. Because our grass peaks in quality during late spring and summer, most of our steers reach ideal finish during those months — giving us one annual beef offering.

We sell our beef once per year, and availability is limited. Customers may reserve a whole, half, or quarter beef during our finishing season. Each reservation guarantees your spot for processing at Homestead Meats in Delta, Colorado, where your beef is custom cut to your specifications.
