Chili Smith offers heirloom beans, pastas from ancient and organically grown wheats, Organic Rice, Local Honey and more at their new retail store in Carmichael, CA. We package almost thirty varieties of heirloom beans from heritage seed stock from all-natural, farm-fresh, non-GMO, California local beans. We then send them through a state of the art color sorter/separation process and polish them before packaging in several convenient sizes for home use and commercial applications. These are gourmet quality, highly nutritious beans. We also use our own products to prepare fully cooked and ready to use beans, chili's and soups.
