City Girls Soap

Four years ago, John and Amy McIntire started using goats milk to make ice cream for their lactose intolerant daughter. One winters eve they said "What else can we make?" In 2011, they created City Girls Soap. Why not? The Goats live on a farm in Detroit and are often referred to as "the girls". They make goats milk soap, while building a business together using ingredients sourced from Urban Farms of Detroit. In July of 2013, City Girls Soap expanded the herd with their own Heritage Breed goat, an Oberhasli named Winnie. City Girls Soap is a creamy, gentle goats milk soap made from scratch, using locally sourced ingredients whenever possible "Milked in Michigan ~ Made in Michigan"
