Sedlock Farm was established in 1983. We raise high quality Jersey Hybrid asparagus. We hand snap our asparagus for an all green, all edible product. We also produce Sedlock Farm Cocktail Asparagus. Asparagus spears in brine with garlic and also asparagus spears in brine with hot peppers and garlic.
Starting in 2011 we have expanded our business to include a variety of seasonal vegetables including tomatoes, several varieties of hot and sweet peppers, pumpkins, squash and birdhouse gourds.
Starting in 2013 we have established rhubarb plantings that will be ready for harvest in 2014.
